About Zumba® in the Circuit


Zumba® in the Circuit combines the exhilarating Zumba dance fitness party with circuit training. Tone your entire body with weights, resistance bands, and body weight moves in between the Zumba dance party. Everyone will work at their own pace during the Circuit portion of the class. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be provided. 

Bring a set of weights you feel comfortable lifting 2 lbs, 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 8 lbs, 10 lbs and a yoga or pilates mat, a water bottle, and small towel. Wear comfortable fitness clothing you can move easily in.
